Q: I cannot afford to pay the fees at once, is there any instalment payment plan?

A: Instalment payment plan is in place, contact the names on the flyer for more information.

Q: Can I reserve my accommodation with the instalment payment plan/form?

A: No, there are no room reservations until contributions/payments and registrations are completed. Kindly check the payment plan policy and note that room allocation would be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What if I am unable to attend after booking/registration?

A: Kindly read the booking terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations. However, the bookings can be transferred to a friend or family. Please inform the registration team via text or WhatsApp message about the changes at least a week before the events. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable.

Q: What do the bookings/payments cover?

A: The payments cover feeding (from Friday dinner to Monday lunch), accommodation, conference materials and activities.

Q: What kind of menus are provided?

A: The menu are English and Nigerian breakfasts (suitable for vegetarians), and Nigerian cuisine for lunches and/or dinners. All menus are halal.

Q: For instalment payments, will subsequent payments be automatically debited by direct debit?

A: Yes, subsequent payment would be debited against your card, and you don’t have to do anything from your end.

Q: Can I change my room selection after completing my registration?

A: Yes, but your room choices are not guaranteed. However, we will ensure you are allocated to your selected room(s) as much as possible.

Q: I am getting an error when filling out the form on the attendee's page. How can I proceed?

A: All the fields marked as required are expected to be filled for all attendees, including selecting a maximum of two activities for each attendee. If the problem persists, we will transfer you to one of our technical support team members.

Q: After selecting the payment type on the payment page, I keep getting errors and cannot proceed to payment; what should I do?

A: Sorry for the experience; try to log in and login again; let us know if the error persists after that, and one of our technical team will reach out to you to help resolve this.

Q: What is the price for the conference?
